Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Solyra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Solyra is not offered to children.

Guest accounts and access

Solyra currently uses a guest account tied to the app installation. Apple and Google sign-in are not available. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the security of your device, and activity through the account associated with your installation.

Deleting and reinstalling the app may mean that you cannot regain access to the same account or associated information. Tell us promptly at support@solyraapp.com if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

A reflective tool, not a professional service

Solyra provides astrology, numerology, oracle-style prompts, and interpretive content for entertainment and personal reflection. The experience may feel meaningful, but it does not determine the future, prove compatibility, or guarantee any outcome.

Solyra is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, employment, or relationship advice. Use your own judgment and seek a qualified professional when a decision calls for one.

Friend features and usernames

You may choose a username, connect with accepted friends, view selected derived placements, and open shared compatibility reflections. A connection is a reflective lens, not a verdict about another person or a relationship.

Do not use Solyra to monitor, shame, manipulate, diagnose, or make consequential decisions about another person.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Solyra or help someone else do so.

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against, or exploit another person.
• Publish or misuse private information, including birth information or astrological data.
• Interfere with security, probe systems, scrape content, reverse engineer protected portions, or automate access without permission.
• Use Solyra for illegal activity, spam, fraud, or commercial exploitation not authorized by us.
• Upload or distribute content that infringes rights or contains malware.

Advertising and availability

Solyra may display advertising, including contextual or personalized advertising where permitted and consistent with your choices. Solyra does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or supported on every device.

Our content and your license

Solyra, its software, visual design, editorial content, artwork, marks, and other materials are owned by Fermata Digital Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Solyra for its intended purpose.

Except where law permits otherwise, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or create a competing product from protected Solyra materials.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service, investigate misconduct, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

You may stop using Solyra at any time and may delete your account through Profile settings or using the process described on our Account Deletion page.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solyra is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fermata Digital Inc. and its affiliates, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of Solyra.

Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Fermata Digital Inc. from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of Solyra or violation of another person’s rights.

Apple minimum terms

If you download Solyra from Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and Fermata Digital Inc., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is a third-party beneficiary of the applicable end-user terms. Apple’s standard licensed application terms apply where required.

California law and contact

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
