Product Analytics
Product Analytics is off by default. You may explicitly opt in through the in-app privacy controls. If you do not opt in, Solyra’s core reflective features remain available.
When enabled, Mixpanel receives an opaque account identifier and broad product-usage events. It does not receive your name, email address, raw birth information, friend list, private responses, or report text. Withdrawing consent stops future app-originated Product Analytics; it does not automatically remove data collected while your prior choice was active. Server-originated product analytics are disabled for this release, and Solyra does not include Session Replay.
Advertising and Google consent
Solyra may show Google AdMob advertising after adult onboarding and the applicable advertising choices. Regional Google consent choices determine whether eligible information may be used for personalized advertising where consent is required.
To revisit these choices, open Profile → Privacy & Support → Advertising Privacy Choices. This opens Google’s advertising privacy form when it is available. If the form is unavailable, use your device-level advertising or privacy settings. Declining personalized advertising does not block app use; requests are non-personalized.
Apple tracking choice
On iPhone, iPad, and other applicable Apple platforms, App Tracking Transparency is a separate system choice. Solyra requests it independently after adult onboarding and before the advertising SDK starts.
If you choose “Ask App Not to Track,” Solyra does not access the advertising identifier for tracking and requests non-personalized advertising. You can review Apple’s permission later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Profile and account choices
Solyra currently uses a guest account tied to the installation. Apple and Google sign-in are not available. Reinstalling the app may mean that you lose access to the account and profile associated with that installation.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by emailing support@solyraapp.com. For account deletion, use the in-app option in Profile settings or follow the instructions on our Account Deletion page.
Notifications and device settings
You can turn individual Solyra notification categories on or off in the app and change system permission in device settings. Removing notification permission stops future device notifications but does not delete your account or other preferences.
